Hannah Lindgren creator of Food First

Hannah is a storyteller & one of the stories she has told is about the Indy food scene. Her method of storytelling is video & her movie Food First is a must see.

While this episode talks about how she started telling stories with film and how the movie came to be, the best parts of the interview are our conversation about food, exploring new areas and her role as a mentor to Hayley from Native Bread.

There is an importance to the food that you put into your body that is above and beyond anything else. Hannah had to learn this, like I have, through trial and error. Her situation being more important than mine because the wrong foods cause her extreme illness.
