Last weekend Indy VegFest was a complete success with over 4,000 people in attendance. A huge statement for the popularity of plant-based diets in Indianapolis. Francis Krug of Proverbial Grounds was there. If you went maybe you were lucky enough to try his food or see him demonstrate a recipe. Even if you were in attendance you probably didn’t get his full story. I got to talk to him for a bit of time I think there are probably still more interesting things to learn about Francis.
